United's planned 43 nonstop routes from Newark to Europe for June 2027 include eight new destinations like Luxembourg, Marseille, and Ibiza, many served by the A321XLR. Frequencies are low: several run just three or four times weekly, limiting total seats and award availability. The expansion adds redemption options, but don't expect abundant space on these niche leisure routes.

BermudAir is starting seasonal 2x weekly nonstop service between Newark and South Caicos on December 20, running through April 25. Introductory one-way fares begin at $347, with roundtrip from $773. The route feeds the Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa minutes from the airport, part of Marriott Bonvoy. This complements their Providenciales expansion from eight North American cities this winter, including Baltimore, Boston, Fort Lauderdale (starting October 26), Newark, Raleigh-Durham, St. Pete-Clearwater, and Toronto.
